Terms and Conditions for Fix and Flip Courses

Fix and Flip offers a variety of real estate courses, including but not limited to: Pre-licensing courses for obtaining a real estate license, Continuing education and business management courses for realtors, Specialized courses for working with commercial real estate.

Enrollment in any of our courses is subject to availability and may require meeting specific prerequisites. Enrollment is complete upon payment of the applicable course fees. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and payment information is accurate at the time of enrollment.

All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. We accept [list of payment methods]. The School reserves the right to change course fees at any time, and any changes will be communicated prior to enrollment.

All course fees are non-refundable. Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Withdrawal from the course, Failure to attend classes, Inability to complete the course, Any other circumstances that prevent course completion

If a course or class schedule needs to be changed or canceled by Fix and Flip, you will be notified promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the course or providing a substitute course. However, in such cases, the non-refundable policy will still apply.

All course materials, including textbooks, online resources, and other educational content, are provided solely for your personal use during the course. You may not distribute, copy, or otherwise share these materials without the express written permission of Fix and Flip.

If you are enrolled in an online course, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration of the course. Access may be revoked or suspended for non-payment, violation of terms, or other reasons as deemed appropriate by Fix and Flip.

Successful completion of the course is contingent on meeting the attendance requirements, passing all assessments, and fulfilling any other criteria set forth for the specific course. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of completion, if applicable. The School does not guarantee the issuance of any real estate licenses or certifications, as these are governed by your state's real estate commission or other relevant regulatory bodies.

Our real estate pre-licensing courses are designed to help you prepare for your state's real estate licensing exam. However, Fix and Flip does not guarantee that you will pass the exam or be awarded a real estate license, as exam requirements are determined by your state's licensing authority.

Courses related to running a real estate business or working with commercial real estate are designed to provide practical knowledge and skills. These courses do not guarantee business success or specific outcomes in the commercial real estate market. Your success will depend on many factors, including market conditions, personal effort, and industry experience.

As a student, you agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner while participating in our courses. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or unethical conduct may result in dismissal from the course without a refund, at the sole discretion of Fix and Flip.

You are expected to maintain academic integrity throughout the course. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty will result in immediate dismissal from the course and may affect your eligibility for certification or licensure.

By enrolling in a course, you agree to provide accurate personal information, including your name, contact details, and payment information. We will use this information to process your enrollment, communicate course details, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Fix and Flip makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the success of students in obtaining a real estate license, securing a job, or achieving business success. The outcomes of taking any of our courses depend on your individual efforts and external factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fix and Flip is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your enrollment in or participation in any course, including but not limited to any loss of income, opportunity, or damage to your business.

Fix and Flip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued enrollment will constitute acceptance of the changes. We recommend that you review this document regularly.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hallandale Beach, FL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
